These Terms of Service govern your use of the Big Sioux Studio website and services. By using our website, purchasing a product, booking an appointment, or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Big Sioux Studio provides website design, branding, automation setup, digital products, and related consulting services. The scope, price, schedule, revisions, and deliverables for custom work may also be described in a proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the specific written agreement controls.
Payments and digital products
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms for custom projects are provided before work begins. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, they are generally nonrefundable except where required by law. Custom-service deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable proposal or invoice.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and content you have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving final content, claims, legal notices, and business information before publication.
Intellectual property
Big Sioux Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and know-how. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or misrepresent digital products or unpaid work as your own.
Text-message terms
When you separately opt in to receive text messages from Big Sioux Studio, you may receive conversational messages, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call (712) 791-2177. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and message delivery may vary.
No affiliate or lead-selling program
Big Sioux Studio does not buy or sell leads and does not operate an affiliate lead-generation program through this website.
Third-party services
Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, scheduling, communications, payments, analytics, or automation. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services and website content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, revenue, or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Sioux Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court located in Iowa unless the parties agree otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
